Strathcona County RCMP are currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred on July 5, at approximately 2:46 a.m. at a convenience store on Brentwood Blvd.

A male dressed in a skeleton one piece entered the store and produced a knife and demanded cash from the clerk. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken from the cash register. No one was injured during the robbery.

The male suspect was last seen on foot heading southbound towards Wye Road.
