During the month of December 2020, the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP’s Traffic Crime Reduction Unit entered into an investigation that resulted from several Break and Enter’s, Theft of vehicles and Theft from Vehicles, that occurred within the city of Fort Saskatchewan.
According to a news release from the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP, “The Break-ins occurred at three different businesses, as well as various residential homes within the city. On January 19th, 2021, after an extensive and thorough investigation, the Traffic / Crime Reduction Unit, with the assistance of Fort Saskatchewan RCMP’s General Investigation Section and General Duty members, executed a Search Warrant at a residence in Fort Saskatchewan.”
Police say as a result of the investigation and Search Warrant, a significant amount of evidence was seized in relation to the noted offences.
Dennis Ernest Fiddler, 41, was arrested, and has now been charged in relation to theses incidents.
He is currently facing a total of 23 Criminal Code Charges, and has been remanded in custody until his first court appearance on January 28th, 2021 in Fort Saskatchewan.
